dge mechanical seal is also called K-E mechanical seal. The width of the end face of the non-compensating ring is extremely small, like a knife edge; the specific pressure of the spring is 10 to 60 times that of the spring of the ordinary mechanical seals, which can cut off and remove solids generated on the end face of the mechanical seal to achieve the purpose of sealing. The elastic element of the mechanical seal adopts hydroformed O-shaped bellows with large spacing to avoid the loss of elasticity caused by solidification and sediment filling the gap. The applicable parameters of the mechanical seal are pressure less than 1.5MPa, speed less than 12m/s, temperature about 50~150℃, and shaft diameter 30~90mm.
