AS-E02 rubber bellow seal

AS-E02 rubber bellow seal is to replace Johncrane type 2 elastomer bellow seal. It is multi-purpose non-pusher bellows seal. It is available in single, double and balanced arrangements. An outside-mounted spring brings in a compact working height that enables it to suit very short stuffing boxes.

Temperature：
    -40°F to 400°F/-40°C to 205°C (depending on materials used)
Pressure：
    Type 2: 420 psi(g)/29 bar(g)
    Type 2B: 1200 psi(g)/83 bar(g)
Speed：
    Consult specification sheet speed chart.

Suits equipments with limitd space requirements and confined seal chamber depths.
Designed with a drive band & drive notches that eliminate overstressing of bellows & slippage which means the sleeve & shaft can be protected from scorching & wear.
Special balancing allows for higher pressure applications, greater operating speeds &  lower wear.
Non-clogging, single-coil spring design is more dependable than multiple spring structure.
Automatic adjustment provides compensation for abnormal shaft-end play and run-out, equipment tolerances and rotary face wear.
